It is a common thought nowadays that as the time has changed so the value of reading books has also decreased. Nowadays when everything is available at the internet in the form of different papers and articles, people give least consideration to study books in order to enhance their knowledge.
Taking advantage from the internet is of course a great option and is most viable as well, but that cannot be seen as a total replacement of a book. The foremost reason for this is the authenticity of the information present on the internet.

We all are well aware of the fact, that internet although a great utility is also one of the most misused resources of today’s world, and therefore it is really not possible to completely rely on internet for getting certain information. On the other hand, the stuff written on a book is authentic to a great deal, and can be rarely challenged.

The best source of knowledge is of course a book, and it is your companion which had been with you since your childhood, when you started learning alphabets. The greatest advantage which internet has provided us is that now we can share the soft copies of different books with each other without any hassle, and this way we have no need to spend large sum of money to buy an expensive book from market.

This is another reason, why it is thought that books have lost their usage, but realistically seeing, the medium of reading books have changed, not the books actually.
